We explore the heart of Val di Noto, immersing ourselves in its UNESCO-listed Baroque towns: Noto, Scicli, Modica, and Ortigia. From golden rooftops at sunset in Noto to a one-of-a-kind dinner inside a historical palazzo, opened exclusively for our Sicily4Real group, each moment is carefully chosen to reveal the region’s elegance and soul.
A true highlight of the journey is our exclusive access to the Infiorata di Noto. While the streets are closed to the public, we step behind the scenes at night to witness the maestri infioratori as they create the flower mosaics, a rare, cultural experience available only to those traveling with us.
Throughout the trip, we connect with authentic Sicilian life: sharing a home-cooked meal at an Italian nonna’s house, tasting indigenous local wines through a private degustation, and enjoying farm-to-table cuisine at traditional agriturismo. From flavors rooted in the land to natural skincare rituals made with local ingredients, every experience deepens our connection to Sicily.
And of course, there is time to simply enjoy long sandy beaches, crystal-clear sea, and the rhythm of southern Italy at its best.

our stay
For our Val di Noto retreat, we will be staying in a historic Masseria perched high on a hill, where Sicily unfolds in every direction. From here, the land stretches endlessly, golden countryside, pastel towns glowing in pink and yellow, and the distant line where the sky melts into the sea.
Passing through its ancient gateway feels like stepping into another century. Dating back to the 18th century, this historic masseria carries stories within its stone walls and soul. White rose alleys guide you through lush, earth-scented gardens, leading to the perfect start of the day: a morning yoga class followed by a continental breakfast with Italian touches and homemade pastries.
More than a place to stay, this masseria is an experience rooted in history, wrapped in nature, and designed for beauty, connection, and unforgettable moments.
On our eighth and final day, we share one last breakfast together as a group a simple, meaningful moment filled with goodbyes, hugs, and gratitude for everything we’ve experienced. We say goodbye knowing it’s not truly the end: some return home, while
others stay on to keep enjoying Sicily, carrying the energy, memories, and magic
of this retreat with them.
